How can i order an item?
- All the products you see are available to buy online, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the quantity of the different product options required and click "add to cart".
- You can then go back and add additional products to your basket or "proceed to checkout".

How do I pay for my order?
- We offer secure payment via credit card (Visa & Mastercard) or via PayPal.
- PayPal is a reputable payment service provider and all transactions made there are secure.
- PayPal also offer alternative payment methodes like eChecks and Bill Me Later aswell as many debit/credit cards inc. Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.
I do not have a credit card, or wish to use my card online, can I still shop?
- We offer payment via PayPal, by creating a PayPal account you will get a "virtual wallet" that enables you to shop online without using a credit card. Please check www.paypal.com for more details.

Is it safe to order and pay online in your shop?
- It\'s very safe to shop at our store and security is a high priority with all payment being done on industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) secured payment servers.

Do you offer customer discounts?
- Yes, we offer an Active Shopper Discount.
- This discount is applied on all future orders based on your previous order history.
- So the more you have purchased with us the higher you discount rate on your next order will be.

How much do you charge for shipping?
- During checkout you will be able to see the exact shipping cost for all the shipping methods available for your selected products and delivery address.
Do you offer free shipping?
- We offer free shipping on selected individual products and also based on the total shopping amount.
- Individual products which have free shipping is marked by a free shipping icon and text.
- Free shipping based on order total will show in the shopping cart once you have shopped for over the free shipping shopping total limit.
How long does does the shipping take?
- Shipping transit time will depend on the selected delivery address.
- Standard mail is estimated 7 to 14 business days
- Express mail is estimated 3 to 8 Business days.
- If you have need of quicker delivery you can contact our customer service inquiring about the availability of Priority shipping for the products you wish to order.
I made a mistake in my order, how do I fix it?
- Once the order has been submitted, you cannot amend it. Please inform us as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations. Use the form provided in the Contact Us page.
Do you charge any sales tax on my purchases?
- No, we do not charge any sales tax on any orders. Your local customs office may impose this tax on you based on the price of the items in your order, especially if you use express mail courier service.
- For small orders, there usually is no tax, but this is not a guarantee. For standard air mail, there rarely is any tax by the customs. Please check with your local postal services for further clarifications.
How will i know when my order has shipped?
- When the order is shipped you will recive an order update status email which also will include the shipping/tracking number.
Can i track express mail shipments online?
Can i track standard mail shipments online?
- For some countries that is possible but unfortunately many countries postal services does not support online tracking of standard air mail during transit.
- For the countries where standard mail tracking is available you will be able to use the online tracking at your countries official postal services website.
Can I return or exchange the goods that I have received?
- Yes, you certainly can return the goods for a refund or exchange for another item, size or color. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange policies and instructions.
Why was my credit card transaction denied?
- Connection problems between the payment gateway and the banks secure servers.
- Incorrect credit card payment information
- Failure to pass the fraud screen.
- Some credit cards are disabled for internet use.
- If your credit card is declined please contact our customer service about alternative payment methods for your order.
Why have i not received the welcome and/or order update e-mails?
- That is usually caused by 1 of 2 possible reasons.
- 1. You used mistyped or used an invalid email address during the registration/order process.
- In such a case contact our customer service, providing your name, address, order details and a valid e-mail address to get the problem corrected.
- 2. The emails have been caught in your email accounts spam filters. (This is usually the case for those using Hotmail, MSN or AOL email accounts).
- In such a case check your email accounts spam filter for emails from us, and if you find them make sure that you mark them as not spam and/or add them to your email white list.
How to use the wishlist?
- Go into a product and click the button that says "Add to wish list", its really as simple as that! Your wish list has now been started.
- You can then continue adding products until the Wish List contains all that you require.
- If you wish to save your wish list you will then need to "Login" (if you have an account already) or "Create an Account" (If you don\'t have one). Your Wish List is now permanent.
- Ok .. I\'ve made my wish list, how do my friends access it?
- View your Wish List and it will become clear. You can simply email the link to one or as many of your friends as you like using the wish list send to friend form.
How to use a gift certificate or a discount code?
- You can use/redeem your gift certificate or discount code in the detailed shopping cart page.
- Simply input your code in the field at the bottom of the page and then click on the "cash in" button.
- The page will refresh and your new cart total with your discount deducted will show directly in your cart.
How can i get a new password?
- Click on my account at the top of the page, next choose and click on "Password forgotten? Click here."
- You will then be taken to the Retrieve Lost Password Page, where you can retrieve your password by inputting the email address you used for creating your account and then clicking on the continue button.
- You will recive an email with a reset password link, click that link and follow the onscreen instructions to get a new password.
How can i change my account information?
- Click on my account at the top of the page and login to your account using your email address and your password.
- Once you have signed in you will be able to edit all your account details.
How do i return an item?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items along with your return trakking number (RMA) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
- We will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
- Lingerie and Swim Wear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Return or exchange an item procedure:
- Click on the my account link at the top of the page and log into your account using your user name and password.
- Go to your order history and view details of the order which includes the item(s) you wish to return.
- In the order details page next to the product(s) you wish to return click on the link "need to return this product?".
- Complete the online returns form. You will then receive further information, return address for the product(s) and your return tracking number (RMA).
- Return the item(s) to the provided return address quoting your RMA number.
- The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- For your own protection, we recommend that you mark the parcel as a gift and that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- NOTE: We do not accept returns without a RMA number or returns sent with any costs attached upon delivery, they will automatically be returned back to the sender.
Do you offer discounts for wholesale/bulk/trade orders?
- Yes, we can offer wholesale/bulk/trade discounts for larger orders, please contact customer service for details.
Do you offer custom sizes/custom made products?
- Yes, we can make customized items in different styles, sizes, colors and materials, please contact customer service for details.
Do you offer products with white label/private label branding?
- Yes, for wholesale/bulk orders we can offer custom made private-label merchandise branded with your own company name and/or logo, please contact customer service for details.
Can i call in an order or do you have a shop that I can visit?
- Sorry no, we are an online only retailer and all orders have to be completed online through our webshop
Can you send me a catalog so that I can order offline?
- We are very sorry that we do not have any printed catalogs that we can send you. All our products are displayed on our website and we take our orders online through our website.
I am required to pay tax or duty fee to the shipping company or customs office. Can you reimburse me?
- We do not take responsibility for any additional fees or charges imposed by your local authorities when you bring in goods from other countries. Kindly check with your local authorities on the costs and rules when buying goods from outside your country.
